Julie has been a professional in the mortgage business for 25 years. She has her mortgage loan originator license and series 6 securities licenses. Julie focused her career in the mortgage industry because she loves people and she loves challenges. Each person and their situation is unique, and Julie enjoys helping each customer meet their financial goals and reach their home ownership dreams.
Zachary Haugen
Zach has been involved in lending for the past 11 years. He graduated from Weber State University in 2008 and has been involved in both commercial and consumer lending at throughout his career. Currently he is the Business Services Advisor at Weber State Credit Union and is responsible for the business department and commercial lending. He has had experience with SBA 504 and 7(a) lending, commercial credit, and investment property lending.
Corey Dutton
Corey Dutton is the founder of “Private Money Utah," a private money lender that focuses on the Western U.S.. Corey lends primarily to real estate investors to help them create successful real estate investments and she has funded over $150 MM in real estate loans since 2008. Corey is a licensed Principal Lending Manager and she obtained her MBA in 2005 from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Erik has been in the finance world since 2007. He is a licensed Loan Officer in Utah, Idaho, Wyoming and Washington. He attended college at BYU-Hawaii and Utah State University, graduating from USU with undergraduate degrees in Finance, Economics, and Human Resource Management. Erik completed his MBA from Utah State in 2010.

Having grown up overseas as a child, he did not even know what drywall was when first entering the real estate world (not much of that over in Europe).
