What Investors Need to Know About Zoning

William Hochstedler, branch broker of Equity Real Estate Solutions and manager of Highlander Investments, began practicing real estate with Re/Max in 2004. He co-founded an investment company to leverage his expertise on finding hidden value in the market place. Subsequently, in 2009, he moved into the property management business to better understand how to maximize cash flows of existing holdings. Currently he is an independent broker.
